You can now conveniently schedule your next eye exam online. Please read below to correctly schedule your next appointment. To inqurie about eligibility, please call our office. Do not release your healthcard information here. You do not require a Costco membership to be seen at our office.

Please indicate in the Notes section: 1. whether you are a new patient or if you've had an appointment with us in the past. 2. a phone number.

 If you are booking with family members (2 or more patients), please call after booking to ensure that we're able to accomodate your needs.  

Are you under 19? Over 65? OHIP will pay for you! All you have to do is bring your health card in with you.

After booking your exam, you will receive an automated appoiontment reminder by email or text message (24 hours before your scheduled time). Within this appointment reminder, you will be able to confirm whether or not you're able to attend the exam. Kindly ensure that you confirm if you're able to make it for your scheduled exam.
